How do I receive my purchase?
Instantly. After checkout you get download links on the confirmation page and by email. Save the files somewhere safe — you can re-download from your email link.

Do I need Microsoft Excel or Word?
No. The workbooks open in Google Sheets (free) as well as Excel, and the document templates work in Google Docs (free) as well as Word.

Can I use these for all of my properties?
Yes. Buy once and use the toolkits across your entire portfolio. Please don't redistribute or resell the files themselves.

Will these work in my state?
The systems and workflows work anywhere. The legal forms (notices, screening letters, deposit disposition) are general templates — landlord-tenant law varies by state and locality, so have a local attorney review any legal form before you use it. These are general information, not legal advice.
